If you have never had or don't remember the Old Jamaican chocolate bar this is our take on it.

We soak the rich mixed fruit in Rum for over 2 years and blend with the finest Belgian chocolate to give a luxurious rich decadent ice cream. As a kid it was my favourite chocolate bar and to be able to recreate this but only better is wonderful

Over the past few weeks we've had some amazing people travelling upto beautiful Reeth to spend the day making cheese with me.
I am lucky as I get to people such wonderful people are with a love for local food and cheese.

It's a bank holiday weekend. So obviously it's raining but that doesn't stop the hardy north east folk.
So many fantastic local family food and drink producers this morning are waiting to serve you.
