I am really enjoying making millionaires shortbread and if you’ve been following me then you know I absolutely love the silicone moulds , hence the individual millionaire cups!

Buttery shortbread with orange zest, a gorgeous caramel middle, topped with milk & dark chocolate , a choccy orange segment and more orange zest!

I really want to try some new flavours, let me know some suggestions below 🫶🏻🧡

Golden hour but make it edible ✨ ☀️

These may be my favourite millionaire shortbreads to date! The shortbread is buttery and is packed with whole and crushed golden nuggets, a rich caramel middle , dark & milk chocolate to balance, topped with more golden nuggets and a drizzle of caramel 😍😍

They’re crunchy, they’re sweet and imo, as iconic as the cereal!

The Pringle brownies were so addictive I had to experiment the same but with cookies!

Chunky chocolate chunk cookies packed with crushed Pringles and filled with Pringle chocolate clusters.

I love a sweet & salty combination and this was no exception!

10/10 recommend 😍

Happy World Baking Day 🧑🏻‍🍳 🍫

And apparently my way of celebrating is asking myself:

“What would happen if Custard Creams and Bourbons joined forces?” 👀

The answer: THESE.

Brown Butter Custard Cream & Bourbon Brookies 🤝🇬🇧

Inspired by the iconic M&S Custard Cream Cookies — but with my own twist — I took brown butter custard cream cookies and baked them into rich, ultra fudgy bourbon biscuit brownies because choosing between the two biscuits felt impossible.

And honestly? This might be the most chaotic thing I’ve baked in a while.

We’ve got:
✨ crisp crackly edges
✨ fudgy brownie centres
✨ buttery soft cookie pockets

They’re rich. They’re ridiculous. They weigh approximately the same as a small child. And I regret absolutely nothing.

But the real question is…
Which iconic British biscuit deserves the crown:
Custard Creams or Bourbons?! 💛🍫
