I've not posted in a while but this one has probably been my biggest challenge to date.

Not only was it made for a very particular non paying customer (my daughter), it was for a very special little lady's 6th birthday. My granddaughter, Miley 💕

Anyway, it got lots of compliments about how it looked AND how it tasted, which, as a baker means everything and Miley was made up with it 😆 so was phew!!!
