We create tiered wedding cakes, celebration cakes, Italian-style single-tier cakes and custom cakes. There is nothing quite as satisfying as enjoying something that not only looks but also tastes incredible! We'll make it simple for you - just call to discuss the requirements and inspirations for your cake, Give us a minimum of 5 working days (longer for tiered cakes) and our resident chef will

prepare your cake, which will look amazing and explode with flavour. All of our products are made from scratch using the finest ingredients. So whether it's wedding cakes and favours, french pastry or bespoke celebration cakes and cupcakes we can deliver your dream to most places in London and the south east. OR you can collect from us (by appointment) free of charge! Yesterday I delivered a wedding tasting box.

Today I’ve been sent the most beautiful photos from a wedding I worked on last year : layers of white and green, soft textures, everything feeling calm and intentional.

It felt like a quiet reminder of why I love this part of the work.

Hello 2026 🤍

It’s been a quiet start over here, and with all that has been going on in the world it has felt important to take a step back and be intentional.

With Valentine’s Day coming up, I’ve added a small, pared-back selection to the website — pieces designed for slower mornings and sharing something sweet without overdoing it.

Think breakfast treats, and a few heart-shaped desserts for those who like to mark the moment and some catering items for those who want to gather with their loved ones.

Christmas hasn’t even arrived yet… but I know some of you like to plan just a little ahead!

While the next few days are all about family, rest and good food, I’ve quietly opened a small New Year’s Eve collection for those thinking about hosting or bringing something special along to a a celebration.

This should have been one of my recipe-test Sundays, but I’ve actually finished the Christmas menu early , and then i was waiting for Black Friday etc to be over…

I can finally share one of the prettiest additions to the range: the Frosted Zefir Flower Box.

Zefir is a traditional Eastern European confection with a beautifully light, marshmallow-like texture. It’s usually made with fruit purée and mine have a gentle apple note that keeps them soft, fragrant and not overly sweet. They’re arranged into a little edible garden and packed carefully by hand. These will be available as a collection-only gift from the Christmas page.

You might remember I tested a version of Gingy right at the start of this season, and he’s found his way into the final menu alongside other favourites. A few items will also be available for postal delivery, so there’s something for everyone.
