For a massive Disney fan and particularly Mickey, Pinocchio and Jiminy cricket. A tall vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream with edible candle, figures and the 7 of hearts card (her lucky number). I did make a stupid mistake and put a number 60 candle on top when it should have been an 80 doh!

A rich chocolate fudge cake with a layer of toffee sponge through the middle, chocolate fudge buttercream and fudge pieces. This is the exact design Amaya asked for with non-edibles on top as she loves unicorns and rainbows, I added to the design of course as I can get away with it lol

Another chocolate fudge cake for this family, that's three in three weeks lol. I sneakily added a layer of red velvet right in the middle of this cake as a nice surprise for TJ. Another dirt bike themed cake, they asked for non edible decoration which I did apart from the edible image on the front and hand made tyre decoration.

I did a cake with this design but in blues a few years ago so the customer asked for the same design but in pinks and with a number 50 candle on top. It's a vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream, edible stripes and balls finish the design.

Leo in his bed with iPhone, McDonalds burger and chips, Xbox controller and Fifa game. It's a chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream. He loves football and supports Preston and Liverpool so getting all his favourites on one cake for his 13th birthday was just what he wanted.

The brief was "Debbie loves caravanning in Newquay with her dog Teddy". So it's a 10 inch vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. All the other decoration for Debbie's 60th I created after making the edible caravan.

A lovely couple who got married in Gretna green. Top tier is red velvet and bottom tier carrot cake. Decorated in Madagascan vanilla buttercream, edible pearls and silk roses with a silver topper. I also did a dozen vanilla cupcakes and a dozen chocolate cupcakes for their wedding tea.

First time ever making a lemon and poppy seed cake. I did just make my usual lemon drizzle cake and added poppy seeds to the batter. The customer isn't fond of buttercream (even though I was asked to finish it in buttercream) so I did more layers of lemon curd inside and then a thin layer of lemon buttercream to finish the design. Decorated with lemon jellies, edible flowers and a hand crafted topper.

A motor cross themed cake for Logan's 18th. The customer asked me to do their favourite chocolate fudge cake, I do layers of chocolate fudge sponge with toffee fudge sponge and chocolate fudge buttercream. They wanted non-edible toppers to just take off, I mostly stuck by this but added a hand made motor cross bike on the side and a motor cross image on the opposite side.

I have lovely customers and friends who love my cakes so much, they order one just because. This one is for my friend Vicky and she asked for ginger and pear.
