☀️ A little market update...

After a lot of discussion, we've made the difficult decision not to attend tomorrow's Preston Friargate Makers Market and Congleton Makers Market.

The heat over the past few days has been incredible, and today our kitchen reached 35°C. As most of our croissants are filled with fresh cream, we simply can't produce them to the standard we expect in those conditions.

Rather than rushing or compromising on quality, we're taking one day to recover and prepare properly.

🥐 The good news? We'll be back this Sunday with two fully stocked stalls and some brand new flavours we've been so excited to share!
