Prior to the emergence of the sugar mum fairy, there was a remarkable lady named Mrs. Bongiovanni. She was a baker, and as new mothers, we quickly formed a strong connection. I was captivated by her confidence and creativity in everything she undertook, and she inspired me to pursue making Owen's first birthday cake. She offered me guidance, some equipment, and encouraged me with the words, "just immerse yourself in it. You need to approach it with confidence," a sentiment that has remained with me to this day. The rest, as they say, is history, and thus the sugar mum fairy came into being.
Over the years, she has consistently provided immense support to me and my boys, even after they relocated from Portsmouth. It has been a tremendous honor to finally have the opportunity to reciprocate the immense generosity she and her husband have shown over the years. I had the privilege of creating their 15-year vow renewal cake, a three-tiered masterpiece of Lambeth heaven. They truly embody couple goals and serve as a genuine inspiration for everything I aspire to achieve in my own relationship.
