Good evening everyone! I will be at the whitleigh scout group Easter event tomorrow selling many bakes and a small amount of knitting! Unfortunately due to an upcoming busy schedule this will be my first event of the year and last event until June, however, orders are still open and I will make sure to find time to meet every order in a timely manner! Hope to see everyone there tomorrow!

Last week I tested a new recipe: lemon and raspberry cheesecake with the photo below being all that was left after testing finished! Good reviews all around! Can’t wait to continue this spree including events all through this year!

Merry early Christmas everyone! I made this cake this past week for my university class and lecturers. My first ever raspberry and vanilla checkerboard cake with mint buttercream and chocolate drizzle top. Positive reviews all around!
