Jelly shots are another good option for gluten free teas, this one is a chambard and champagne jelly garnished with fresh raspberry and edible gold leaf. The strawberry shortcake with chantilly cream can be made gluten free. I am still working on producing gluten free scones, these are currently proving difficult due to the heavy nature of the flour.

Don't let gluten put you off enjoying an afternoon tea, here is a selection of gluten free sandwiches with tasty fillings and gluten free cakes on offer from Linda Gs kitchen.
Smoked salmon ,Waldorf salad and cream cheese and cucumber are three of the many options available.
The cakes shown here are Belgian chocolate cake, macaroons and coffee toffee meringues.
