We can’t believe the season with has already come to an end… it always goes too fast!

It was a real pleasure to prepare the buffet for the final Italian screening — and to see such a great turnout for Vermiglio last night.

We truly hope everyone enjoyed the food and the evening as much as we did.

There’s something very special about seeing so much support in Perth for events like this — it really brings the community together.

We’re incredibly proud of our 2026 collaboration with Rachel and Tom at — a partnership built on integrity, quality, and doing things properly.

Their wee micro-dairy on the Dupplin Estate produces outstanding milk from mainly Jersey cows, farmed with care and respect. It’s calf-at-foot, meaning the calves stay with their mums. Only the surplus milk is bottled.

The result?

Proper milk.
Non-homogenised.
Full cream.
Rich in flavour.
Untouched. Untampered. Uncompromised.

This is the milk we use in:

🥐 Our brioche
🥪 Our milk sandwiches

If you happen to pass by the shop and notice that things don’t look quite as polished as usual, please bear with us.
🌟During the night of the 15th–16th (around 3am), we unfortunately experienced a break-in at our George Street shop. Some items were stolen, and the disruption and damage have taken time and energy to deal with.😵‍💫😵‍💫
After the robbery in November (during the Christmas Light Switch On🎄), this has understandably been disheartening. That said, we’re doing everything we can to move forward and not let this define the start of 2026.
The important part: we’re planning to reopen on Tuesday the 20th 🎉
Usual hours, and hopefully bread you may have missed just a little.🍞🥪🥖🏩
A sincere thank you to Police Scotland who attended within 10 minutes and were professional and supportive throughout.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support.
We can’t wait to see you on Tuesday.
