I am back with Week 6? 7? I’ve lost track 😅

It was Meringue week (combined with pastry week as I missed it, oops) so I made lemon meringue 🍋

One of my absolute favourite desserts and I’ve never made it!!!! a reason why I love doing these bake off challenges, really pushing me out of my comfort zone!
