Remember I said I had a 5-year plan? 👀

Well… THIS (currently questionable coloured 😂) trailer is OFFICIALLY MINE!! 🥹🩷

Yes, she is questionable right now… 😂
…but just WAIT until you see what I have planned for her. 👀✨️

Over the next few months, she’ll be getting a full Cakes by Mrs N glam-up ✨️

And when I say this little trailer is a BIG deal to me, I really mean it. 🥹

Because this isn’t JUST a trailer…

It’s another little piece of MY DREAM becoming reality. 🩷

It honestly feels so surreal seeing the plans I’ve had in my head for so long slowly starting to become REAL.

And whilst I’m incredibly proud of how far Cakes by Mrs N has come, I also know I haven’t achieved all of this by myself.

Without Mr N, I genuinely wouldn’t be where I am today. And I will be forever grateful to have him by my side. ✨️

Not only is he my dedicated food taster for all the new bakes 😂🧁, but he supports every decision I make, helps with every crazy idea I come up with, and always believes in me… even when I doubt myself. 🥹✨️

And, of course, he has now officially agreed to become my trailer-building, decorating, problem-solving and probably chief-swearing right-hand man whilst we restore this beauty. 😂🩷

So here’s to the next chapter of Cakes by Mrs N… coming to events on wheels in 2027! 🧁🚚✨️

This week bakes;

🎂 Biscoff loaded cake 🎂
and I mean loaded... if your a fan of Biscoff then this is perfect! Its a 6inch cake with 4 Layers of Biscoff Sponge, each layer filled with biscoff buttercream and a layer of biscoff Spread, covered with Biscoff buttercream, a biscoff drip and you guessed it, Biscoff Biscuits!

🎀 Bow Cake 🎀
Pretty pink and oh so sparkly, 6 inch cake with 4 Layers of Vanilla cake and silky smooth vanilla buttercream with personalised fondant name on the board and finished of with a sparkly card age toppers.

The winner of the previous competion collected her goodies this evening, Levi, opted for a box of mixed cookies in Biscoff Stuffed and Salted Caramel Pretzel! - great choice 😘

I set myself the goal of reaching 1,000 followers by the end of 2026… and, I’ve reached it!! 🥹🩷

A hugeeeee thank you to every single one of you who has liked, shared, followed, recommended and, of course, bought my goodies from my little business. Every order, comment, like and share genuinely means the world to me and helps my business grow more than you probably realise! 🩷

Anyone who knows me knows my life runs on spreadsheets, to-do lists and goals 😂 So whilst this achievement may seem small to some, this is actually a pretty big part of my 5-year plan…

I said to my husband that once I reached 1,000 followers, I would look at expanding the business even further…

So, I am now officially on the hunt for regular market stalls, events and local shop collaborations! 🧁🍪🍰
