Buff Box menu is now set in stone, you can officially pick all of your options and your meal with arrive with the boxes ticked on which you’ve picked! You’ll then scan the QR code which will give you your full breakdown of macros, allergens & ingredients to make it easier for you to track 🫡 orders must be placed latest every Monday for collection on Tuesday!

Reminding myself daily I’m doing this with 3 young kids (including Gus 🐶) working around school runs and nursery runs and sometimes minimal sleep.. just pure passion to work hard and create a beautiful life for my children

I wonder where I’d be now if I didn’t have any major responsibilities

June I’m hoping is the month my Protein bakes business really takes off! 🤞🏼 real talk it’s really not for the weak, it’s consuming and super hard work trying to just be seen and involved and on trend! I am crossing my fingers & toes that this month goes the way I’ve wished and worked for lots of manifestation 💛 let’s do this!

Last chance to order for Monday collection!

I’ve decided to switch up the meal prep menu and go for more of a build your own meal option! 1) it’s easier for me to bulk cook 2) gives you more options without over complicating things!! Nutritional values will be complete Thursday for anyone wanting to know macros of absolutely everything, but for now I’m putting the feelers out there and taking names who want meals for next week! June is my busiest month EVER (events to be announced asap) so I’m deciding if I’m going to do meal preps throughout June as I’ve got thousands of cookies to bake so if they’re busy enough and worth doing like they have been in the past few weeks then I’ll make it work! 😍 pop me a message with any questions 💪🏽 a drop off in Telford is also doable every week maybe a drop to Shrewsbury on route if I get enough orders there also.
