π SIX YEARS OF JAZ'S BAKOLOGY! π

This month my little business turns 6 years old, and looking back at these photos has made me realise just how far I've come.
Six years ago I was icing cakes with more enthusiasm than skill, drizzling chocolate on absolutely everything, and taking photos that I thought belonged in a magazine. πΈπ€£
What started as a little dream during lockdown has somehow become my full-time job.
Back then, I never imagined that a hobby I'd started from home would grow into a business with a fully booked cake diary, a cake shed full of bakes, and customers who return year after year. It's given me so many opportunities, introduced me to so many lovely people, and allowed me to do something I genuinely love every day.
Fast forward to today and I've made hundreds of celebration cakes, thousands of brownies and bakes, and watched this little business grow into something I could only have dreamed of when I started.
The best part? Some of my customers have been with me since the very beginning. One lovely customer ordered one of the cakes in these photos and is still ordering birthday cakes for her daughter all these years later. β€οΈ
Looking back, I can definitely spot a few things I'd do differently now... but every wonky drip, rough buttercream edge and overloaded brownie helped me learn something.
Thank you to everyone who has ordered, shared my posts, recommended me, popped to the shed for a treat, or trusted me with your celebrations over the last 6 years.
I'm so grateful for every opportunity this business has brought me and for every person who has supported me along the way. I genuinely couldn't have done it without you all.
