I'm Sarah-Anne, I'm based in the Oban area in a home kitchen, and offer a wdie range of baked goods from speciality iced biscuits, artisan cupcakes to extra special celebration cakes that taste as good as they look! I specialize in detailed sugar decorations, I like to fill each of my designs with personality and make every cake something truely special and unique. I use fairtrade and organic ingr

edients wherever possible, including free range eggs, organic butter, and very high quality 70% cocoa solids chocolate. I have a wide range of flavours and fillings, why stop at vannilla? The sky's the limit! I also do gluten free free baking! Every cake is different so all prices are on request and I need a minimum of 2 weeks notice regarding commissions. Hello lovelies! I have news!
Unfortunately I'm shutting up shop in Oban as my husband and I are moving south of the border at the end of March this year. I've had a whale of a time making cakes for all of my lovely customers but a new adventure is calling! Now there's no need to panic if you have an order currently booked with me. I've made sure that all bookings will be unaffected and I'm looking forward to making your cakes! I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to all my lovely customers for being so kind and supportive during my wee venture! X###x

Remember this lovely lady on her curling stone? Well I thought I would share what is hands down THE best message I have ever received from the awesome client who ordered this cake! She had me in stitches! (i've edited these slightly for pre watershed viewing!)

"Excuse my language but... UN...FOOFING... BELIEVABLE! S-A... this is INCREDIBLE! It is BRILLIANT! Awesome, awesome, awesome! "

and here's a forwarded mesage from her nephew,

Guess what... Today 's My Birthday! Yup!
And to celebrate I thought I would share one of my favourite cakes! So that's me another year older, and another year decorating! Its been amazing so far, I have the sweetest clients with the craziest ideas and I'm loving every minute of it! Thanks for helping me do my dream job guys!

What a belter of a day today! Hope you've all been out enjoying the sunshine today! I've been trying to make my fondant and buttercream icing behave in this heat! Like many other cake decorators, I'm considering going nocturnal to avoid the heat and stop the dreaded fondant stretch and droop!
