🤎 We’re kicking off our new journey of sharing lovely local coffee & foodie finds, and where better to start than Carson's Tea House in Crowborough, we visited today and it’s so lovely.

🫶Tucked away near Waitrose, this cosy spot on the edge of town is perfect for a relaxed coffee break or a tasty lunch.

🤎 I had a rich, oat milk mocha…. the perfect balance of chocolatey goodness and coffee. Jemimah enjoyed her fave comfort food, a jacket potatoes with beans. So pleased to see gluten and dairy free offerings, I enjoyed a yummy toasted cheese and chutney toastie, which I was able to order as both gluten and dairy-free! Thank you 🙏

🫶 Whether you’re popping in for great tea, a quick coffee or a cosy lunch, Carson’s has something for everyone.

We are now closed 😔 So to all our lovely customers, THANK YOU 🤎 Since I opened in 2023 and since Lucy took over in October last year, it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know so many wonderful people from the local area and beyond. Your support, kindness and friendly faces have made Coco & Sage such a special place.

Thank you Lucy for continuing the wonderful Coco & Sage vibes since I closed last year. I shall miss my Monday Mocha & Pain au Choc with you 😔

As many of you know, the building has now sold, which is why we’ve closed our doors.

When I first purchased the building two years ago, life looked a little different and as circumstances with my other businesses have changed significantly, and life itself looks very different, I couldn’t continue to run the business.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way - I’m so grateful.

We have a vague plan that we’ll use this page to shout about our fave local places for coffee & food, so incase we do, keep in touch 🫶

Dear lovely customers,

We’re so sad to share that Coco & Sage will be closing as the building has now been sold. It’s been an absolute joy serving you all and getting to know you - We’ve loved every moment. 🤍☕️

Our last day will be this Sunday and we’ll close at midday as we have a lot of admin to sort after that. We’d love to see as many of you as possible before then. We apologise for the short notice 🫶

To say a proper goodbye, we’re planning a dinner out in Nutley and would love for you to join us. Please let us know if you’d like to come!
