The HoneyBee Kitchen Offering delicious homemade cakes and jams to cater for public and private events and farmers markets from my kitchen near Saffron Walden, Essex.

I've always had a passion for cooking and when my first daughter turned 9 months old I decided to put my baking skills to use and started cooking sweet tarts for local farmers markets. In the years that followed I had another daughter, and moved from tarts to cakes and haven't looked back. Now both girls are at school and I'm finally using my Food & Consumer Management degree to it's full potentia

l, multitasking everything from product development & recipe testing, to marketing my own products, life couldn't be more exciting! I hope you enjoy following my adventures at The HoneyBee Kitchen.

Starting to prepare for the Saffron Walden Arts Trust Fete de la Musique on Sunday! Running from 12pm. We will be situated up at the Museum and Castle grounds with an array of cakes and some savoury bakes too, plus plenty of drinks. Hope to see you there!
