Couldn’t wait to share this with you all… 🤎

Last weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of preparing and delivering my first-ever tiramisu wedding tower! 😍😍

What an incredible milestone for my little micro bakery and for me personally. A beautiful tower made with layers of creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked Savoiardi and all the tiramisu goodness, created to celebrate such a special day. 🤍

I’m honestly so proud of how this turned out, and incredibly grateful to have been chosen to be part of such a beautiful and unforgettable celebration. It means so much to know that my little bakery gets to play a part in these special moments. 🥹🤎

Here’s to the first of many more wedding towers, big dreams and sweet milestones! 🥂✨

Since I started baking, I’ve spent so much time studying, researching, testing and perfecting my bomboloni dough. It’s one of those recipes I’ve put so much love (and probably far too many hours 😂) into, and it has always been something I’ve been incredibly proud of.

And then last weekend… we had our biggest bomboloni order yet from Goat Shed !

I personally delivered all those trays of freshly made bomboloni, and hearing from them that they had sold out within just a few hours was such an incredible feeling. 🥹❤️

And I mean… just look at them! How could anyone resist? 😍

Perfectly fried, beautifully fluffy, filled with deliciousness and, most importantly, made fresh every time for our customers. The perfect little treat to brighten up the coming cold winter days!

And honestly, what makes me happiest is hearing your feedback after you’ve tried them. Every lovely message and comment makes all the time spent perfecting this dough so worth it! 🥰

Since we first introduced our Classic Tiramisu Pots, you’ve been loving them ,and honestly, we can see why. 😍 Who follow us from the beginning knows how long we have been chasing it, and now it is here to stay!
