I recently had the opportunity to try the plain flour from and I was really impressed by its quality and simplicity. Being completely natural and free from any additives, it lets the true character of the grain shine through.

I used the stoneground flour in my maritozzi and cookies, and the results were fantastic. It was exciting to see how much depth of flavour, deep colour and texture it brought to both bakes.

There are still a few more recipes I’d love to experiment with, and I’m already looking forward to trying the stronger flour in my pizza dough too! 🍕❤️

Thank you so much for the opportunity to give it a try. Supporting local businesses and working with quality local ingredients is something I truly value, and it’s collaborations like these that help our local food community thrive.
