🎉 Happy 100th Birthday, Joyce! 🎉

Today was a truly special day as we celebrated Joyce’s 100th birthday with family, friends, fellow residents and our wonderful team.

The sun shone as we gathered in the garden, singing some of Joyce’s favourite songs and sharing lots of smiles, laughter and happy memories. It was a lovely afternoon, made even more special by the people who came together to celebrate such an incredible milestone.

Joyce also received a very special birthday card from His Majesty King Charles III and Queen Camilla, a treasured keepsake to mark her remarkable 100th.

Happy 100th Birthday, Joyce. Thank you for sharing your special day with us. Here’s to a truly amazing lady and a century of wonderful memories. 💖🎂🥂

🌸 A Beautiful Afternoon at Martham Lodge 🌸

Yesterday, we were delighted to officially open our wonderful new sensory garden at Martham Lodge. The afternoon was made even more special with a delicious strawberry cream tea enjoyed by residents, relatives, and friends in the glorious sunshine. 🍓☀️

A huge thank you goes to Carol, Pauline, and Andy, who have worked tirelessly to bring this beautiful space to life. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ellen for her generous donation of plants, which have helped make the garden such a colourful and welcoming place.

The celebration was filled with music, laughter, and smiles as everyone enjoyed spending time together outdoors. Sue Hollyman had the honour of officially opening the garden by unveiling a commemorative plaque, marking the beginning of many happy memories to be made in this special space.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate. Here’s to many sunny afternoons ahead in our beautiful sensory garden! 🌺🌿💚
