This cake was an extra special one...

One of our oldest friends of our businesses got married!! We met Tilly years ago, way back when she was running her chocolate business. You might remember Tilly Wonka, who supplied with her beautiful chocolate creations! Tilly and Matt have been some of our biggest supporters and friends, and they're for sure OG members of our little ABDA family 🫶🏼

It was truly an honour to bake for them. We made a chocolate bottom tier and a carrot top tier, all decorated semi-naked with white chocolate buttercream and florals supplied by the fabulous 💐

It was a truly beautiful day for the most beautiful couple. Thank you so much to Tilly and Matt for trusting us, and also inviting us to celebrate with you too - huge congratulations and so much love ♥️

🎄HALA CHRISTMAS CAKES & DESSERTS🎅🏼

✨ Christmas is coming…and our Christmas Cakes for 2024 are now LIVE to pre-order via our website! ✨

All of our cakes and desserts are available gluten free, dairy free, and vegan - or to suit whatever dietary requirements or allergies you may have. Everyone deserves to enjoy good food this Christmas!

All orders will be available for collection from either (Northwich) or (Holmes Chapel) on 21st and 22nd December.
Last orders by 15th December.

🫚CHRISTMAS GINGERBREAD LOAF CAKE
Homemade gingerbread sponge cake baked with our own blend of fresh gingerbread spices (cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg and cardamom. Decorated with gingerbread bottle green, or Christmas red, and white buttercream. Displayed on a cake board and box. 4 day shelf life.
£40 (serves 6-8)

🇦🇷 ARGENTINE TIRAMISU
Our take on Argentinian Chocotorta. Indulgent chocolate cake soaked with espresso, layered with homemade dulche de leche caramel and mascarpone cream, with a dusting of cacao. A favourite from Abda’s time living in Buenos Aires. 4 day shelf life.
£35 (serves 8-10)

We recently catered the most beautiful wedding at Sandbach Town Hall, with a full array of our homemade Sudanese and Egyptian dishes cooked entirely from scratch to our own family recipes.

HALA x CRAVE NANTWICH FOOD FEST 2024

A little round-up from our weekend...HUGE thank you to everyone who came to support us over the weekend at Nantwich Food Festival!
It truly was a wonderful weekend, and we had a whole lot of fun.

We've brewed hundreds of coffees, sold lots of beans for you to brew at home, and even taught a V60 masterclass! We've met lots of wonderful people, and even snuck in some time for an affogato or two made with ice cream 🤫

☕️ What's HALA x CRAVE all about?
Crave are a local coffee roastery, who roast some absolutely beautiful beans, and (we like to think) we brew some beautiful coffee - so it's the perfect pairing!
We've recently joined forces with , and have worked a couple festivals together (with hopefully more to come). Ade and Jez share our ethos and love for coffee and we are working on putting together a coffee consultancy package together where they roast and supply the beans, and we teach you how to perfectly brew them.

We've recently switched to using their decaf in both and and hope to continue to spread our love of coffee throughout Cheshire with the help of Crave - through workshops, coffee training and consultancy, barista experiences, coffee tastings and festivals.

Thank you for a wonderful Saturday!
We're delighted to be at Nantwich Food Festival with our friends this weekend, brewing up their new Dabber's Blend to keep you all caffeinated ☕️

We're also pleased to announce the start of our HALA Coffee Consultancy.
We've been running our coffee consultancy through for a couple of years now (helping other shops get the best out of their beans and brews, training baristas and hosting coffee tastings/barista experiences), but we're excited to be bringing it under HALA with a little rebrand, and spread our love and knowledge of coffee even further!
