Choose from chocolate or vanilla sponge, beautifully hand decorated with vanilla buttercream spring flowers in pink and cream.

7 cupcakes presented in a bouquet box with a clear lid and finished with a bow.

Do your sponges come out of the oven with a pointy tip in the middle Do you lose too much of your sponge when leveling off?

The answer to these problems is simple: low and slow! Turn your oven down. I like to bake mine of 160 fan, 140 conventional.
