Dare I mention the 'C' word! Believe it or not, places for stalls are already booking up! I have already confirmed I will be back in Bear Lanes for their Christmas lights switch on again as it was so lovely meeting so many of you last year. I have also booked a table at Abermule Community Centre's Christmas market. My question is, if I were to squeeze in one more date (it must be a weekend), where would you like me to pop up? Shout your recommendations for places to go but also if you want any specific bakes?

Just a little update to let everyone know that Baked By A Coeliac will be closed throughout August, and I won't be taking any orders during this time.
Running my little baking business alongside my full-time job has been incredibly rewarding, but it's also the perfect time for me to take a short break, recharge, and spend some time with family and friends over my evenings and weekends.

You're still welcome to send me a message if you'd like to enquire about future orders, but I'll be replying to all messages during the last week of August.

Thank you so much for all your support, orders, and recommendations—it truly means the world to me. I can't wait to be back in September creating more delicious gluten-free bakes for you all! 💗

Had a thank you gift request by Kellean Chemicals for a local Newtown based company Cambrian Packaging to thank them for all of their awesomeness and great customer service!!! I had a little bit extra so I turned it into some freebies for to continue supporting all of the amazing work they do for our local community!
