If your holiday sandwich doesn’t end with a Hot Honey drizzle, we’re not interested.☀️
Crunchy crusts, juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and that glossy sweet heat moment pulling the whole thing together.
Summer lunches just got seriously better.🍯

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
• 1 crusty sourdough or ciabatta roll
• 1 ball fresh mozzarella, torn
• 1-2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
• 2-3 slices prosciutto
• Handful fresh basil
• 1 tbsp pesto
• 1-2 tbsp Hilltop Hot Honey
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper
Method:
1. Slice the tomatoes and season with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Leave for a minute so they turn glossy and juicy.
2. Spread pesto generously onto both sides of the bread.
3. Layer up the mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto, and fresh basil.
4. Drizzle over the Hilltop Hot Honey so it soaks into every layer.
5. Close the sandwich and gently press together for that overfilled, messy-in-the-best-way finish.
6. Add one final Hot Honey drizzle over the top.
7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
