Are you a mushroom lover or hater? 🍄‍🟫👀

Honestly, after creating this rich, garlicky, creamy mushrooms on toast, there’s no question which team we’re on.

It’s quick and super easy to make, but delivers maximum flavour and the silky, creamy sauce makes it feel incredibly indulgent – a real treat! 🤤

Generously served on a toasted slice of Ernest 100% wonderful white sourdough, it’s perfect for a weekend brunch, lunch or a quick week-night evening meal. 🍞👌

For the days when you’re feeling a bit ✨ extra ✨

Tiramisu french toast is the answer 🤤

Made with our Ernest 100% sourdough, the espresso and brown sugar custard base soaks in beautifully without falling apart thanks to our sourdoughs airy crumb structure. Making it the most flavoursome base of our french toast’s so far!

Topped with pipped vanilla mascarpone cream, this is the definition of extra

For those looking for a way to eat dessert for breakfast or hoping to impress someone special, save this down as your inspiration. 🍞☕️
