This sweet-topped toast is the stuff dreams are made of 💭😍

A couple of weeks ago, we made this heavenly peanut butter and caramelised banana sourdough toast, and we haven't been able to stop thinking about it.

Using our Ernest 100% sourdough, of course, this really does satisfy those sweet cravings. 🍌
