Just completed my biggest cake to date and I’m still obsessed with how it turned out 💖💙

This 3-tier Cinnamoroll themed birthday cake was made for a special 9 year old celebrating over the weekend, and it definitely brought the wow factor ✨
🎂 Bottom tier – 8” classic vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream
🎂 Middle tier – 6” vanilla sponge, coloured pink inside with pink buttercream and jam filling
🎂 Top tier – rich chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache filling

All three tiers were covered in ganache and finished with pink and blue buttercream to bring the whole theme together ☁️✨

So proud of this one — every big cake teaches me something new and seeing it all come together makes all the hard work worth it 💕

I used for my cake board and centre dowel.
I used baby pink and baby blue
made the fantastic toppers 🫶

To all my lovely customers,

Unfortunately, I’ve recently been let down with a cake order that was collected and not paid for. As a small business, situations like this have a big impact, so after a lot of thought I’ve decided that from now on a deposit will be required on all future cake orders to secure your booking.
The remaining balance will also need to be paid in full before the cake is collected.
This is simply to protect myself and my business from anything like this happening again. I hope all my regular customers, as well as any future customers, understand and continue to support my small business.

🐣 Great Park Easter Egg Hunt 2026 🐣

Join us this Easter Sunday morning for a magical community egg hunt at Great Park!

Hundreds of Easter eggs will be hidden all around the estate, just waiting to be discovered. Whether you’re little explorers or big kids at heart, it’s the perfect way to celebrate Easter together.

⏰ Please note: There is no official meeting point, the hunt begins from 9am, when all eggs will be hidden and ready to find.
You’ll spot them in places like the town centre, children’s play parks, and a few random hidden spots across Great Park… so keep your eyes peeled!

✨ And don’t forget…
Some of the eggs contain golden envelopes with amazing prizes inside, you never know what you might find!

This event has been made possible thanks to the incredible generosity of our local business owners, who have kindly donated all of the eggs and prizes. Be sure to show them your support when you can.

🐰 Bring your baskets, explore the area, and enjoy a fun-filled Easter morning across Great Park!

I’ve been busy in the kitchen tonight and I need your thoughts 👀

Here’s what I’ve made:

Biscuit base, creamy cheesecake filling with crushed Maltesers, topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, more Maltesers & a Malteser bunny 🐰🍫

🥕 Mini Egg Easter Egg
Buscuit base, creamy cheesecake packed with crushed Mini Eggs, finished with whipped cream & Mini Eggs on top 🐣

🥕 Milky Bar Egg
Biscuit base creamy Cheesecake with a Milky Bar biscuit centre, topped with whipped cream, white chocolate drizzle & a Milky Bar piece 🤍🍫
These are fully loaded, indulgent, and perfect for an Easter treat 😍

✨💚💖 Wickedly Delicious Creation 💖💚✨

A rich six-inch, four-layer chocolate cake filled with indulgent chocolate ganache in every layer and finished with smooth buttercream on the outside, split perfectly half green and half pink for that iconic Wicked-inspired look 💚💖

The details were everything ✨
🎩 A witch’s hat and crown sitting proudly on top
🦋 Butterflies dancing all around
🌟 A Wicked sign front and centre
💫 And lots of magical touches to bring the whole theme to life

I had the absolute honour of creating this wedding cake for a very special couple 💕

This elegant two-tier cake was designed to be both beautiful and full of flavour. The bottom tier is a classic vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream, while the top tier is a rich chocolate cake layered with smooth chocolate ganache. Both tiers are coated in chocolate ganache and finished in a soft, light sage green, with a delicate pink ribbon around the base.
To tie everything together, I added carefully chosen flowers to complement the bride’s bouquet — a simple but meaningful touch that made the whole design feel extra personal 🌸

Alongside the cake, I also made six gluten- and dairy-free cupcakes for a guest, topped with dairy-free buttercream in the same sage green to match the main cake perfectly.
It was such a joy to be part of your special day — congratulations again to you both 🤍
