PAIN DE VIE - FRENCH BAKING

After a life of travelling and cooking for my family and friends, it is time to share with others. Along the years and the countries I lived in, I learnt recipes that made the delight of many. The children are gone but my knowledge has improved. So in order to continue sharing my love for people and for food, I have decided to cook for those who can’t.

My focus is on Mediterranean cuisine, the one I really enjoy. I am French from the South West, a few kilometres away from the Atlantic shores. Therefore, I have been brought up with garden products from my father and grand-father’s gardens and my mother and grand-mother’s cooking.

Times are changing and people are more and more aware of their health and the planet’s health. I have therefore shifted to more vegetarian and even vegan recipes that I use to eat as a child without knowing it.

I have added to the French cuisine, recipes from Spain and Italy where I lived and Greece where I traveled. I hope that you will enjoy them as much as my family does.
