Wishing all my lovely clients a very happy Easter. Thank you for supporting Just Add Parsley over the last year. I have everything crossed that we are inching our way back to happier and more sociable times and I am absolutely relishing the joy of seeing friends and family (even if it does have to be one household at a time) but at the same time realising just how very, very much I had missed seeing everyone and enjoying their company.

The Just Add Parsley Mothers' Day brunch platters were generously filled with all manner of breakfast treats, including waffles, bread rolls, pancakes freshly made that morning, homemade granola, berry compote & creamy greek yoghurt pot, smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel, smashed avocado & crispy bacon bagel, jams, honey & maple syrup, fresh berries & cherries, a homemade peanut butter & honey energy bar and all topped off with a passion fruit marshmallow.

Just Add .... a glass of bucks fizz and a coffee for the perfect treat. Thank you to everyone who ordered and supported my tiny, kitchen industry. I hugely appreciate it and I hope the lucky recipients enjoyed their brunch.
