How we restock at this Microbakery… 😉

Well not usually, it just so happened that a delivery clashed with a wedding, one safe delivery space, several hours of food and dancing later, it was time to haul in the goods… 100kgs is no small feat in the wee hours of the morning, thanks to high heels, suits and dresses oh and too much dancing!

Now onto some bread baking with only the best

The Super Mario… Ahem I mean the Super Mark one…

A little layer chocolate fudge cake for a seven year old who’s obsessed with Super Mario. A seven year old who’s also the nephew and godson so there was a lot riding on this one! 😅

We went with all the colours, personalised topper and star sprinkles to give it a little extra something. What do you guys think?

Oh and slight apologies on the music choice here… but it just seemed fitting even if editing it did put my head away 😂

A different style of cake this time round!

A vanilla bean sheet cake with silky smooth vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and all the colourful piping on top.

More like those cakes we might have gotten way back when, but with a little more personality! Perfect for parties or just because…

Some farmyard fun with this one! 🐮

Chocolate fudge cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream to keep things well balanced! Complete with pastel yellows, piping and some very cute farmyard animal props… ooh and a few cake crumbs to add to the effect.

This could be one of our favourite kids cake to date…
