This was a fun one designed with my daughter for one of her grandmas. She helped bake the fresh raspberry sponge, layer it with tangy lemon buttercream, cover with Belgium white chocolate ganache followed by a fine layer of fondant. Her first time using the airbrush machine and making sugarpaste decorations 🌸 🐝 🎂

When little boys design their own cakes 😀

✅ chocolate sponge, chocolate fudge icing
✅ lots of flames, around the base and on top (blue on lower clock, red on upper!) - these were handmade using fondant and made for nice little lollies
✅ a chefs hat on top! He sent me a little YouTube tutorial, but I tweaked it and surprised him by making it using cake so he could enjoy it too!
