Happy Birthday 🖤

Vanilla cake, with vanilla buttercream coated in white chocolate ganache and decorated with edible pearls and shimmer.

It's giving harry potter birthday cake vibes, but you have to learn 💁🏼

Thank you for trusting me, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

Forty & Fabulous 🖤

I was asked by Keiran to make a cake for my wonderful Hairdresser Jemma for her 40th.
Jemma has massively supported me in the start of this business, always using me for cakes for all occasions and trusting my design process.
It was an honour to make a lovely cake for her to celebrate this milestone.

I remembered during appointments that she mentioned that she didn't eat much cake but loved chocolate cake, so I made this chocolate cake, filled with chocolate buttercream and caramel, coated in white chocolate ganache.

Kieran asked me to make it hairdressing themed. So I handmade a little comb and scissors made from fondant to decorate the cake. I also followed the theme of her salon, with baby pinks, glitter and flowers to decorate the cake. Making it even more personalised. Jemma’s hair and beauty salon

Happy birthday Jemma Hughes 🎉

Leaving cake 🖤

I had the honour to make the leaving cake for an incredible colleague from my full time job this week. Holleigh has supported me so much in the little time which I've been part of the company and I will truly miss her.
I made this 4 tiered vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, filled it with jelly beans and BAM! Candy explosion.
Best of luck Holleigh, I wish you all the best in the future and you'll smash whatever you do next.

Something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue. 💙

I was absolutely honoured to be asked to make this for my best friend. Not only was I able to be her bridesmaid and spend 10 amazing days in Crete with her beautiful family. But she also trusted me to make her wedding cake.
