Matt is a shy guy that’s not often in front of the cameras, but here he is to show you we don’t just make croissants in an industrial level… it’s craftsmanship, it’s artisan, it’s art, it’s handmade and it will be always like that.

Non-negotiable.

The human touch makes the whole difference from a market-bought pastry and this reflects on the quality and texture of what we serve.

No preservatives.
No industrial process.
It’s people who make it every single day.

And if I’m being very honest this has been Matt’s hyper focus for a good few years 😂

Absolutely OFF-TOPIC post, but we do have to celebrate the small achievements ❤️
There’s a new BRIT on the block, and her name is Deborah, better say “Lady Deborah” from now on 😂😂

After 8 and half years, two tests and a few hundred pounds Debs has finally got her Naturalisation. She’s the second Brit in the family, after baby baker 👶🏻

This country has given us so much, has open its doors with wide open arms and it’s our duty to give back to our community. I will never cease to thank you all, be grateful for every single door and kind gesture of people from Manchester. This has been my home for a long time, but now I belong.

And my message to any of you starting over today, moving countries, opening a business, building a family… don’t give up!!! Eventually you can succeed, and when this day come, you’ll be f***ing proud of yourself 🫶❤️
