Joining us for our today we have our Product Operations placement Maisie Lawrence (left), Ella Swindin our Merchandising Admin Assistant on Swimwear (middle) and Phoebe Riley our Buying Admin Assistant on Own Label Lingerie! These brilliant placements are going to be taking over N Brown Group's Linkedin and Instagram channels today to show you first hand what a day in the life of their roles and on our Placement Programme is like.

We're proud to announce that we will be looking for another 28 talented people to join us as part of the Government’s  ; supporting young people who are on Universal Credit and have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. We’re giving them opportunities to “kickstart” their career through 6-month work placements, all designed to help grow their confidence, learn new skills and gain invaluable experience to build their futures.

Our roles are now live in both Manchester and Oldham across our People, Finance, Digital Technology, Brand and Creative, Product and Logistics divisions! Congratulations to all our incredible apprentices... past and current! 👏🏽🙌🏽

At N Brown Group we’re passionate about apprenticeships; the diversity of opportunity and the value that they bring to help “build the future”. We’ve embraced 20 apprenticeship programmes across all divisions and have supported 107 colleagues so far, with plans to introduce more this year! 🚀

Our CEO Steve Johnson started his journey as an apprentice so for now, we’ll leave you with his experience... keep your eyes peeled for more activity throughout the week!

“I’m proud that we’ll be celebrating our success of supporting so many young people and existing colleagues in enhancing their careers.

I started work straight from college on a training scheme in a Financial Services business and can vouch for the platform they give to your career. I loved the opportunities I had to develop my skills through different roles and was inspired by all the people I had the opportunity to work with. Huge to our current apprentices and those who have completed and gained their qualifications!"
