EDIT….. Unfortunately as there has been very little interest in the cookie sale I won’t be running it this weekend ☹️🍪

BANK HOLIDAY GOODIES

Just putting some feelers out there….. 🍪

If I held a cookie sale at Happiness HQ on Saturday who from my local followers would be interested ??

*If I ran a sale from say 10-1 or until I run out
*on a first come first served basis
*cash only payment

Who would pop by or have friends / family who would?

Flavours could be….
Custard Cream
Oreo
Biscoff
Chocolate chip
( there may be others depending on demand)

Prices around £2.50/£3 per cookie…. THEY ARE HUGE!!!

Not great pics but they didn’t last long enough to take proper ones 😂

We had a family gathering on Saturday to watch Eurovision so I thought I’d have a go at baking some of the viral M&S custard cream cookies to keep everyone going.

The pics don’t really show the size… they were huge 😳 packed with custard cream pieces and white chocolate with a white chocolate drizzle to finish them off. 🤤🍪

While I was cleaning the spare room this morning I thought I’d take a quick video of my last 3 years Cake International entries.

I’m amazed that the only casualty in 3 years is a witches foot that has fallen off on the Halloween cake 😂

Both the categories I enter aren’t in the schedule this year so hopefully I can find another one to create a piece for.

Tried a new bake today….cookie cups 🍪

A cookie bowl ( cupcake size) with a filling, these were biscoff, chocolate and Nutella.

I have to say they were yummy!! 🤤

I have once again been asked to present a piece for the table of honour for Salon Culinaire at the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering show😊
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to show my creativity at such an amazing show.
I entered the sugarcraft competition for years and the standard is always extremely high with some really talented artists exhibiting.

This year I’ve gone a bit rogue 🫣 I’ve pushed myself out of my comfort zone and created something that is definitely not my usual style 👐🦷👁️👃👂🏻🫀🌹
I’ll put some pics up once the show has opened on Monday.
