Even the moon is not perfect, it is full of craters.

The sea is incredibly beautiful, but salty and dark in the depths.

The sky is always infinite, but often cloudy.

So, everything that is beautiful isn't perfect, it's special.

Therefore, every woman can be special to someone.

Stop being "perfect", but try to be free and live, doing what you love, not wanting to impress others! ❤️

Well we’ve done our first evening event. A lovely spot in a caravan site in Shropshire, Stanmore Hall.
Looking out on a lake, with the peacocks strutting their stuff, and a steady flow of customers, who gave us lots of positive feedback on our our paninis and the horsebox which looked very at home in such a pretty location.
We are hoping to expand into to alcoholic drinks as well,so pm if your interest in any of our services. We’d like to offer a flexible service service so drop me a pm with your requirements.

Getting ready for our second weekend with the Devonshire Deli.
Let’s hope we have some sunshine as been busy practicing making iced coffee and milkshake.
Also selling Mini Ice cream Tubs for little people.
But if we don’t, I’ve mastered Hot Chocolate too, and Dave’s a dap hand on the coffee machine. 👍

Day two complete and we ventured into making hot chocolate 😁
Well it was certainly in at the deep end for our first weekend, learning to reverse the horsebox, setting up, prepping, making and serving food and drink, a coffee machine that seemed to have a mind of its own, customers with nut allergies, ones who changed their minds half way through the order, but all in all we’d say it was good fun, we met some lovely traders and customers and can’t wait for the next event.
We are still happy to come to Derbyshire, especially for two day events so if you one of of Scott and Mel’s customers and would like to see The Devonshire Deli again, just drop us a message.

Well we made it!!! We’ve completed our first day with Deli. I think it might take us a few more gos to get as good as Scott and Mel 👍 but all the customers seemed happy enough.
As soon as we opened the hatch we had five eager biker boys 🏍️ putting us through our paces with the coffee machine, then before we knew it we were thrown into making a selection of paninis.
For our first day we had the weather on our side with lovely sunshine although it was a bit windy and the menu board blow over a couple of times.
But all in all not a bad first day 😁

Very proud to say we kept our five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ food hygiene rating at the inspection today.
Obviously a huge part of that is due to Scott and Mel’s handing us over such a lovely, clean and well maintained horsebox .
I’m very relieved all the courses in food hygiene, allergen awareness, first aid, putting endless risk assessments together all paid off and apparently we’ve gone above and beyond what is required 😄
So we are ready to go😁👍
We have our first five dates in the diary so if you’ve used Devonshire Deli in the past and want to book us in for an event, drop us a message.
Although we are now based in Shropshire we are happy to honour any regular bookings whenever possible.
