Good morning!
I'm back mixing and shaping doughs and loaves today in preparation for reopening on Wednesday after my hols. Hope you've survived ok without my baked goods!
As it's a new month, I also thought I'd give you a heads up on a few things.
Firstly, I'm open as normal down at Sneinton Market Avenues this week, and I'm also due to be at The Garage Chilwell on Sunday. Hope to see you there!
Being at the market on Sunday does mean I'll be closed on Wednesday 10th, but I'll be open the rest of the week as usual (trying to take better care of myself and avoid burning out, especially now it's warming up in the bakery).
It'll then be the week of the Nottingham Craft Beer Festival in the Avenues. I'm planning to bake as much as I can for the Saturday session on the 20th - after all, drinkers need carbs to line their stomachs. I'll still be open in the morning as normal that day too.
I'll then round out June with a normal week of trading.
