I had the pleasure this week of doing my first afternoon tea( minus the sandwiches) for a couple celebrating their 65th Wedding Anniversary. It consisted of : Sausage Rolls, shortbread, pineapple delight, millionaires shortbread, Jammie dodger traybake, and a lemon cheesecake.
My first afternoon tea and hopefully not my last.
