First order of the year complete!

This is my take on a cake my grandma used to make for me, a vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and a soured cream frosting. One of my childhood faves.

I decorated it using fresh strawberries and some delightful dried white violas from 🤍

My top 5 of 2025!

1. A heart-shaped, purple-themed wedding cake 💜💜 white chocolate and raspberry on the inside and an absolute joy to decorate on the outside 💜

2. THE lobster cake. My nephew asked for it for this 16th 🦞 the inside was chocolate, of course 🍫

3. Candle cakes! 🕯️I experimented with vegan ganache as well 😱 just in time for ’s birthday 🎂

4. A pinup themed cake for ’s 20th anniversary 💃

5. These blueberry, lemon curd and vanilla cupcakes. In 2026, say no to boring, unfilled cupcakes! All of ours come filled with an array of flavours 🥰

6. Honourable mention to these unphotogenic but incredibly delicious (and vegan) crème brûlée doughnuts!

Can’t wait to see what 2026 cooks up 🖤
