Even though these were the fairy cake kind, my dad always loved them and would be proud to offer them to our neighbours. In recent years I have become more involved in making cakes for personal events, family and friends and in return received encouraging comments about each thing I have made. Not only do they look great, they taste yummy too! This has inspired me (with a big push from my closest
friend) to start up my own cake business which is something I've dreamed of doing for a few years now. Cakes by J is all about producing creative and contemporary handmade cakes and/or biscuits personal to you. Whether your event is a birthday, wedding, christening, baby shower or just because you fancy a cake, I will create an amazing centre piece for your special day.
