WOMENROCK 2026 recap

What a weekend! So many wonderful scenes of women supporting each other, trying hard, building connections, building confidence, and having the most fun ☺️

This year I was really keen to support more women going through their Mountain Training RCI and RCDI qualifications - having such a strong instructing team meant the participants could try a bigger range of options on Day 2, from bottom-roping and abseiling, to building trad anchors or seconding their first trad climbs. Massive thanks to Ula, Meg, Katie, Sophie, Fay, Tracy, Xin & Eliza 🫶🏻

I don't do big group 'fear of falling' courses. Here's why:

Falling & fear of falling are fundamentally subjective and highly personal topics. There is no one size fits all 'remedy', in my opinion. A method that works for one person might not be appropriate for the next person.

My 1:1 coaching gives
- space to talk, to explore the 'what & why'
- time to rest, to reset & recharge
- opportunity to build trust & confidence

My coaching is guided by you, and what you're showing me and telling me. Falling is skilfully managed and carefully controlled.

Get ready for outdoor season with my new Sport skills workshops! 🔗🪢🤓

Looking to learn outdoor sport skills? Maybe you need a refresher on cleaning anchors before your next trip, or you want to learn how to use a clipstick for those high first bolts?

I'm running workshops looking at different ways to rethread ("clean") anchors, how to use ramshorns/pigtails, common errors and how to solve them, and how to clipstick bolts from the ground.

📆 Thursday 2nd April, 6.30-8.30pm
📍 The Reach Climbing Wall (Woolwich tube / free parking)
💷 £26 (entry to the wall not included)
👥 Just 4 places available per workshop

We will not be climbing during the workshop, everything is done from the ground. Suitable for all!
