ITALinLONDON is an italian startup that operates in London. We are a group of italians which share a great passion for Italian and Mediterranean food. We organize, sell and hold Italian cookery courses and professional pizza making courses. If you decide to visit our website and join one or more of our classes, you'll be put in a young, bubbly environment, you'll be tough how to do your grocery sh

opping wisely and how to make the most out of every single ingredient. Choose a course you're interested in, come to our venue or hire a personal chef that will come to your place. Then cook your food, following the advices provided by our friendly staff. In the end, enjoy a glass of wine and taste the food you cooked. Professional pizza making courses are for those who are willing to learn how to make pizza the way a pizza maker does. Those are intensive, 2 weeks lasting classes, you will be tought how to make an amazing dough, how to shape it perfectly round with bare hands, how to season it and how to bake it. Challenging, but also very, very rewarding.

A good article about Italy and food, it is always interesting to see Italy through the eyes of a foreigner. I was also quite surprised to read about L' Osteria dell' Orsa in Bologna, a place i know very well and love.
