Bold, dramatic and completely bespoke.

Created for a 50th birthday celebration, this cake combined rich black tiers, hand-crafted sugar flowers, gold detailing and a statement lion bust.

The lion was custom made using a mould I created and cast myself — because sometimes the details that make a cake special can't simply be bought off the shelf.

Classic elegance with a little something extra.

This three-tier wedding cake was finished with intricate white-on-white stencilling, creating a subtle pattern that catches the light beautifully, and a cascade of delicate handmade sugar flowers in soft blush, white and fresh green.

Finished with a personalised topper for the new Mr & Mrs, bringing the whole design together beautifully.

This beautiful two-tier cake for S&J was designed with soft, sculptural sugar waves and a clean, timeless finish.

With temperatures soaring, keeping the cake cool was just as important as creating it. It stayed safe in a cool room for as long as possible before being brought out for the celebrations, because sometimes the cake needs to wait for its moment.

And I think it was worth the wait!

Created to celebrate a very special 60th birthday, this bespoke cake was inspired by a lifetime in aviation. From the pilot's uniform to the captain's hat and even the aircraft soaring overhead, every detail was handcrafted and completely edible.

Not every wedding cake gets its moment in a grand venue... sometimes the kitchen is the safest place.

With temperatures soaring and the wedding breakfast taking place outdoors, this beauty stayed cool in the kitchen for as long as possible before making its entrance.

Finished with textured buttercream and vibrant fresh flowers, it was well worth the wait.

Sometimes, the best way to protect a cake is to let it have its spotlight just a little later.

Created for two newly qualified vets, this design reflects their shared passion for caring for animals—complete with handcrafted fondant figures, furry patients, and plenty of personal touches to celebrate all the hard work that led to this moment.
