A very lemony lemon kinda Lemon Blondies, perfect for the sunnier weather.

Tender and moist (yes the M word), made with freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon rind… finished with a thin layer of lemon icing.

What a beautiful start to the week! More bespoke baking tins from .mylife2022_traycutters arrived this morning.

This is my 2nd order from them… says a lot about the quality and make of their baking tins. It took a while to arrive as with all things bespoke… takes time to@make them.

Thank you Cheryl & Craig for the unexpected gift (Mega Whisk) which will definitely come in handy for my brownie baking sessions.

Soz, I had to do the ‘tap tap tap’ thingy 😜
