Silky Chocolate Mousse 🤎

If you’re looking for a healthier, high-protein treat, this one’s for you! This silky chocolate mousse is made with tofu... and you’d honestly never know. It’s creamy, rich, and decadent - the perfect dessert for when those chocolate cravings hit. I topped mine with fresh strawberries for the perfect finishing touch. Recipe down below! 🍓👇

Ingredients:
300g silken tofu
½ tbsp cocoa powder
30g melted dark chocolate
2 tbsp honey/maple syrup

Method:
1)Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
2)Blend all the ingredients until silky and creamy.
3)Pour into ramekins or bowls and chill for at least 1 hour.
4)Top with fresh strawberries (or your favourite toppings) and enjoy! 💕
