Congratulations Nadine and Nat who were married Wotton House 14.8.2026
It was one of the hottest days this summer. The air conditioned Evelyn Suite was an absolute blessing.
The couple requested a gentle cascade of wispy wildflowers in soft muted pastel tones. It was a pleasure to create their dream cake with the help of flowers provide by HATD - London & Surrey Wedding Florist
We met at an Open day and a subsequent sample box helped with the flavour choices of...
-Vanilla sponge layered with seedless raspberry jam and raspberry ripple butter cream
-Vanilla sponge layered with mango and passion fruit coulis and mango and passion fruit butter cream
-Luscious lemon sponge layered with lemon curd and lemon butter cream
The guests were spoilt for choice.
The cake was finished in a smooth coating of butter cream.

Congratulations to A & L who had the most amazing day at Wotton House It was a dream to work with you both. The vibrant colours were absolutely stunning. Thank you Prop Options for such quality rolling pins giving the perfect ridges.
The fresh flowers were supplied by Seventh Heaven | Floral Design & Event Decor. I delicately prepared each stem attaching them to a separator not to completely hide the middle tier.

The couple chose:
Almond sponge layered with seedless raspberry jam and cherry bakewell butter cream
Chocolate sponge layered with salted caramel and salted caramel butter cream
Vanilla sponge layered with seedless raspberry jam and vanilla bean butter cream

The cake was covered in a delicious layer of chocolate ganache prior to the Couture Sugarpaste

Finished off with the couples personalised cake topper.

Congratulations K & M who were married at Hartsfield Manor on Saturday. What a beautiful day! They chose luscious lemon layered with lemon curd and lemon butter cream on top, plus a delicious selection of cupcakes. Vanilla sponge with a swirl of vanilla bean buttercream
Lemon sponge with a swirl of lemon butter cream
and almond sponge with a swirl of cherry bakewell butter cream.
