I'm so excited to announce to you the RE-LAUNCH of our whipped cream delight mini online course courtesy of Oven tips. Several times we've had Bakers request for our whipped cream delight class because of the feedback we got the previous years. The last time we ran this course was in 2017 with over 50 bakers in attendance it was quite a unique learning opportunity for both the tutor and the students. This year we decided to have a relaunch with new videos, tips, tricks et al.
In this class I would be taking you through the stages of creating a whipped cream frosting, I would teach you how I stabilize my whipped cream that it can stand outside the fridge for over an hour without melting... Not even a bit
The videos of this course are so detailed that would be very confident working with whipped cream after going through them
You don't have to have a prior knowledge about whipped cream for you to join this course, I'm going to teach you from scratch. This course promises to be interesting for you.

Registration Details:
We have an Early bird registration of N 2,000 (it ends on the 22nd of July)
