Dairy Free fire engine themed cake for Kaleb on his third birthday! This was a vanilla sponge with vanilla dairy free frosting and jam. Coated in a dairy free white chocolate ganache! Apparently the whole cake was finished and no one could taste the difference!! Winning!

All the lights on!!!! Let me tell you something, I LOVED this cake! A transparent tier filled with fairy lights brought this baby to life! When gave me creative control over this cake I knew I wanted to do something stylish, but different and yeah! This was it!
