See what I've been up to this Christmas. Loukia's wedding cake on the 27th December at the Park Plaza Riverbank London. Not a very relaxing Christmas. I thought the bottom tier was going to take a couple of hours to decorate, but it took 6.

Melissa's and Harry's wedding at Banqueting house. What an amazing place. Ruben's ceiling is amazing. I had to take a picture of my cake from lying down. The 5 tier wedding cake looked spectacular!

The Phoebe wedding cake was designed round a nineteen thirties Peacock feathered centre piece. The use of ivory and white lace helps to draw out the beautiful purples, blues and greens displayed by the piece
