A few months ago we launched the Tiramisu Doughnuts.
You guys loved it.
We’re about to launch the Eton Mess as a summer special- English strawberries, meringue, vanilla cream, you know the drill.
But, what do we do? discontinuing the Tiramisu to make space for the Eton Mess feels like it might cause protests.
We would love to hear your opinions on this rather doughnutty matter.

We’re opening on Saturday 30th May in
Bangkok.
You will find us on the ground floor entrance of Siam Paragon Mall.
We have created a replica of what we do at Borough Market with a pure focus on doughnuts.
“The Doughnut Theatre”

We now run a 6 Month Bakers Academy.
3 months in the bakery , hands on making Sourdoughs , Croissant, Baguette and much more.
This is followed by a 3 month classroom based term learning all the technical details to become a professional baker.

How to season a new banetton proofing basket.
🥇give it a good brush
🥇Spray with a little water (collected on a full moon in a silver bucket)
🥇Line with coarse semolina
🥇Allow to fully dry for 24 hours.
