I’m not meant to have favourites but I absolutely loved making this millefoglie cake for Karen and Nathan. Something a little different with slices of kiwi fruit, limes and strawberries to complement their wedding colour palette. And topped with divine edible flowers - it reminded me a little of Monet’s water lily garden.

Millefoglie might be a traditional Italian wedding cake but in my hands, it can be crafted to be something unique and special for your day 💗

The most gorgeous wedding celebration at the breathtaking Painted Hall. Thank you Ren and Kuran for trusting me with your cake vision - I loved making your cake for you ♥️
Their cake was topped with fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes and nectarines) to complement the colours of the interior and inside were two delicious flavours:
- coconut cake filled with creamy coconut buttercream and mango & passionfruit compote (a personal fave 🧡)
- chocolate cake filled with silky salted caramel and luscious chocolate ganache

This is the gorgeous Char and Ben who celebrated their beautiful wedding in June at Kin House. They chose to have a classic 3 layer millefoglie cake decorated with fresh raspberries and blueberries. And finished with a final dusting of icing sugar by the couple ❤️

It’s been almost a year since Amy and James’ wedding, and I still haven’t shared photos of their cake! They’d wanted a statement piece for their day - something ethereal and a work of art. So I combined watercolour buttercream with cascading rice paper sails and delicate sugar flowers 💗

It was a delight to be involved in Gargi and Tadas’s beautiful fusion wedding celebrations at Kew Gardens - they wanted something a little different to the traditional cake and loved my long cake design. And to complement their colourful florals, they wanted brightly coloured fruit too - it was so pretty when it all came together ❤️
