HOU loves a chocolate banana bowl of yumminess!?

This was so delicious we’d have it for dessert as well as breakfast! We’ve got some banana, coconut yogurt, peanut butter, , Choc-O-Chick HOU, chia seeds, coconut shavings & cacao

Chocolate & Orange squares. Inspired by super easy & super delicious
🍊
Base Ingredients :
• 200g oats
• 1/2 zest of orange
• 1/2 juice of orange
• 4tbsp of maple syrup
• 2tbsp coconut shavings
🍫
Topping Ingredients :
• 100g melted coconut oil
• 2tbsp orange juice
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 40g cocao powder
• 1tbsp coconut milk
• 80g Choc-O-Chick HOU

Method :
1️⃣ mix base ingredients in a bowl
2️⃣ line a small baking tray & baking paper & base mix in the freezer for 15mins
3️⃣ press the base down flat
4️⃣ poor the sauce mix on top and freeze for 30mins
5️⃣ slice into squares. You can top with spare orange zest (which I ate..!) or with cacao nibs (which I dropped on the floor..!) 🍫
A great treat for dessert or even a cheeky tea time snack. You can top with fruit too & add some crushed mixes nuts to the base.
